21st century Stuart 1:6 scale RC tank, $83 SHIPPED! (ok, so he's not a dragon... I'll Paint one on, happy?

Realizing I got about $290 worth of toys today, and only actually *paid* $125...
Priceless!!

Oh, and the BEST part? Reliving the old McFarlane glory days, of walking into Walmart, cherry picking the paint ops I want, and leaving with an entire series of McToys in a few bags.

I can't remember the last time, I actually walked into a store, and left with an entire series of McToys.. and GAWD, the wonderfully addictive stench after opening them all!

And there's not one severed head, no guts hanging out, no bloody variants, and no twisted and mangled body parts in the lot of them!

dragons may just be one of the best lines ever. I cant wait for series 2 of them. and I hope the overwhelming great response causes a 12" one to be made.

I have one I bought a year or so ago, and this will be my second one. Walmart has been carrying them exclusively.

The one coming has a "dustier" paint job then my current one.

Has MANY pics, and cutomizing tips.. hell there's even a number of us planning on a new upper body to make a 1:6 scale rc Chariot from the old Lost in Space series.

The BEST link though, has a video of this guy with 2 kids in a wagon, and the tank PULLING THEM

One other guy modded his tank to raise/lower the turret, and fire paintball pellets!

(RC tanks usually cost from $500-$1000, s the Stu's a great deal for the price, and functionality. It can use some tweaks to increase it's durability, but they are pretty easy.

Oh, and it actually runs off a rechargeable motorcycle battery! (there's enough room inside for a second one as well, but the batteries recharge overnight, and each has about a 30-45 minute charge, which is usually fine.)

I hear ya, Chaser! Our local Walmarts just recently re-added McFarlane figures, and restocked MLs, and LOTR figs as well.

Good thing is, they sell out of them in a day or so... this HAS to be better for McToys then selling one or two cases to an EB, and having damned scalping fansboys cherry pick the variants and post them on evilbay.

The guy at EB told me today they were probably NOT going to be carrying McFarlane figs any longer for that reason.. he had about 8 Hicks figs there for 70% off, and a number of the 12" TCM guy as well taking up space.

Yeppers! I'm over in Waynesville, literally 5 minute from dowtown, on Eagle's Nest mountain (about 1/2 way up).

And yeah, I DO think we've seen a few eagles up this way (or at least VERY large hawks or falcons)

The new Asheville super walmart got the dragon stock, and the asheville mall Suncoast has the boxed sets. The TRU was sold out, but they have a truck due in tomorrow, and *might* have the sentinel ML wave on it! The manager said he'd call me, and hold a set, if they get them.

(NOT all TRU employees suck), and he's always been VERY helpful.. we scored a Stan Winston Gargoyles set from him a year or so ago, from a fresh case pulled from the back.
He's a big black dude, (like 6'5", and looks like he could be a football player.

GREAT superfreindly guy, and he's ALWAYS been helpful in the last 3 years or so I've made his aquaintance.
